上海定胜包装印刷有限公司创建于一九九八年六月，注册资本3300万元，专业生产和销售各类彩印纸盒、礼盒、瓦楞彩盒、纸箱、纸货架等。随着生产规模的不断扩大，为满足生产要求，公司曾几度迁址，现址为上海市奉贤区庄行镇振工路158号，交通便利，公司占地面积约26000㎡，厂房面积约20000㎡。

      公司已于2020年5月在上海长兴海洋装备产业园区开工建设绿色环保包装智慧工厂，新厂房占地面积26032.9㎡，总建筑面积39152.05㎡，预计在2021年8月底完工。公司拥有国内及国际先进的生产设备，集产品研发、彩印、水印、印后加工于一体的完整包装产品生产链，综合实力处于行业优质水平。

      公司现拥有一批相对稳定的国内外客户，主要来自于世界500强企业，涉及粮油、食品、生物、医药、电子、家电、蔬菜、水果等领域，主要客户有上海嘉里食品工业有限公司、佳格食品（中国）有限公司、上海良友海狮油脂实业公司、上海宝鼎酿造有限公司、上海鼎丰酿造食品有限公司、上海三添食品有限公司、上海鑫博海农副产品加工有限公司、上海光明乳业股份有限公司、Bosch(博世)、欧姆龙等等。
